I cooked chicken adobo for dinner.

I cooked adobo earlier for our dinner, good thing we have instant mix recipe of our favorite Adobo sa Gata ( coconut milk ) and they did not notice that it is not a natural coconut milk. hehe

I love this dish. I made it once here too. Yes coconut milk here you often have to check to see it is real one.

Never tried adobo with coconut milk. I usually have it with soy sauce and vinegar.
