People feel entitled and the slightest thing that they don't agree with makes them lose their minds.

Agree, they take things too personal, even constructive criticism. How hard is it to grow up these days?

@allen0187 although sometimes I find their sensitivity funny! But I think it will change once they find work and found out that criticism is a part of their career (that is if they are planning to find work).

@DWDavis you're right. They prefer sweet fantasies over truths that hurt. In the end this could have a pretty toxic effect.

I once experienced that. One day there is a fake news on my wall, I tried correcting it and the next thing I know there are people clamoring for me to get out.
