Painful Heel

I know I mentioned that today was a fun day.... which it was. It started out a little painful. I have had pain in my heel since about February. I FINALLY went to the podiatrist today..... She thought I was nuts too... HA She concluded that I have painful heel spur. I opted for the hydrocortisone shot in my foot which was great but only lasted about an hour :( I have to do some foot exercises at home and go for an X-ray on Wednesday! Anyone else ever have heel spur? If so what helps it? At this point I just find it annoying as I have learned to live with the aching pain.

I feel your pain having had a heel spur before. The exercises helped eventually.

Thats great to know that they will help! I was hoping I wasn't going to waste my time! Thank you for the feedback... hopefully it works sooner rather than later.
