I am not a flaming liberal. I do not breathe smoke. I cannot set the world on fire. I am not a hot head. No, I'm just your average liberal or progressive wanting life to be better for everyone else. I want as many people as possible to have healthcare. I want the minimum wage raised. I want infrastructure repair for our crumbling roads and bridges. I want to see a serious effort to reduce carbon emissions and stem the growing threat of Global Warming. I want negotiation instead of confrontation. These are some of my values. I hate corruption. I hate seeing the high costs of drugs. I hate seeing a pullback on the protection of civil rights and basic freedoms. I hate seeing restrictions on voting rights by politicians who scream "Voter fraud" when this is basically a nonexistent problem. I hate people who use religion to justify bigotry and prejudice. These are some more of my basic views.
