Experimenting with Kale

I have yet to do anything super great with kale. Its a leafy green and said to be a "super green" that is ultra healthy for you. However, eating it raw kind of tastes....earthy to me. Not a huge fan. Eventually I will try to make protein shakes using it and spinach and fruit but I have not yet ventured that way.
Instead I made this chopped kale -broccoli - tomato - onion - cucumber and green pepper salad. I have some Chipotle Lime dressing I got from Aldi that seems to pair decently with it.
What do you make with kale if anything? Please share!

I do not like the taste of it, but will eat it.
I usually just throw it in salads.

It's hard to find in Japan but I found some on sale the other day. I cooked it with olive oil, pepper, and salt. The salt, I think, is the way to get rid of bitterness in deep green leafy vegetables. It was good.

Kale chips aren't bad, but neither are they that good! Lol, kale is no a favorite..but I think a kale slaw might not be too bad..and one thing I did like was a turkey sausage and kale soup at Panera.

Kale is a veg that I just don't like the taste of. I find the best way to deal with it, is to put plenty of salt and vinegar on it, and then throw it in the bin.
