Is Thai Spa best in the world?

When travellers go to Bangkok or Pattaya in Thailand they avail Thai Spa in different hotels and Parlours. There is special training for the persons who conduct the spa. There are other forms of Spa like Herbal Spa, Ayurvedic Spa which are famous in countries like Sri Lanka and southern states of India like Kerala. But travellers feel relaxed after having Thai Spa. I wonder is Tha Spa the best in the world?
