A little bit about me

Hi everyone! It was suggested that I start a discussion telling you a little bit about myself so here it is. I'm a very quiet and introverted person. I enjoy keeping to myself. I spend a lot of time outdoors exploring nature as it allows me to heal mentally. I am currently unemployed due to an unfortunate event where I lost my job and am unable to find work that I can tolerate in my current condition. I enjoy painting, although I'm really not good at it! Anyways, I believe that is all for now!

Thank you for your kind words friend! I agree, especially in my part of Canada, either you have too much money and an amazing job or you have no money and no job. Very difficult right now. Trying to keep my hopes up though!

@Jackalyn I used to have two ragdoll kitties but had to give them to my mom when I moved, my new apartment doesn't allow pets unfortunately

Welcome to mylot. I am also and introvert and paint as a hobby which I am terrible at but still find it calming at times. Sorry about your job situation. Hopefully things will look up for you soon. My dad was in the military and we lived at Ft. Churchill , Manitoba when I was a little girl. Loved the snow and ice skating.

I agree, painting is almost hypnotizing, I get lost in all of the pretty colours haha. Thank you for your kind words, I am tying to stay hopeful that I will find something, I am a very qualified person, there is just not much opportunity here at the moment. I haven't ventured further east than Saskatchewan but I used to live in northern Alberta, those winters were rough!!

Thank you! Yes it may seem strange, but I think its the millennial in me, taking selfies is just comfortable because I've been doing it since I was young. I think nothing of it anymore!
