What's going on your dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm trying a new recipe from my Mario Batali Italian Grill cookbook: Chicken Thighs with Snap Peas and Agliata. According to Wikipedia, agliata is "a savory and pungent garlic sauce and condiment in Italian cuisine used to flavor and accompany broiled or boiled meats, fish and vegetables." Sounds delicious to me! No starch as I didn't go to the gym today and I've already had enough carbs today. That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!
