I feel like while I have been reading as usual I havent really read anything super interesting hence no book posts. But this one was good. This is a memoir of this girls struggle with eating disorders during her adolescence. She first struggles with anorexia and gets down to 56 pounds (!!) And then later struggles with overeating/binge eating and gets up to 221 pounds. This all happens while she is in high school and college. It is super intense and is interesting to read her thoughts in this memoir which is set up as a diary. One thing Ive noticed about a lot of eating disorder memoirs is that most of them seem to revolve around teens or early 20s. I dont think I have read one book about an adult person struggling with an eating disorder (and Ive read a lot of these types of books). It was good overall. Have you read any eating disorder fiction or nonfiction? What have you been reading lately?
