I think the chunky brownish pieces are the fish... They are the only stuff I can't identify as the other ingredients mentioned (tomatoes, bell pepper, and cheese)... Yeah, not sure exactly what kind of fish though...

i have no idea what fish she used. i can't see any actually. maybe canned sardines in tomato sauce?
