Do you usually leave tips?

Some people think giving tips is wrong because employees are already paid for what they do... Other people find that this serves as an incentive for employees to stay motivated (considering that the work is kinda hard sometimes and salary is not always it's good ).
Which team do you belong to? I'm part of the second team (if the service was good, obviously ).

I leave tips at restaurants. Not fast food restaurants though. I tip in hotels if I get good room service or with my luggage. I do not leave tips if the waiter has not treated me well.

@TheInvisibleMan Noone should take for granted a tip if they don´t do their work.

Yes i tip at restaurants no matter what. My tip depends on how good the service was though There have been a few times where the service was so bad i didn't tip at all.

If I'm a regular customer in the establishment, yes, I leave tips regularly but if it is my first time in there and the service is so-so, I won't.

I will always tip unless my service has been incredibly sloppy.

I do pay tips whether in cash or by debit card, when I go out to eat.
