I have a cis.in my leg not sure if I spell it right Doctor told me to use a hot compres on my leg calf muscle were it hurts.i heat the towel in a bowl of water but the time I get to sit and put the towel on my leg the towel goes cold as of right now I do not have a heating pad plus my.bed room the electric outlets are not close to the bed So I'm not sure how to get heat on my leg I do not have a bath tub to use to
