While I was sending out an email with pictures attached I seen this one of the jelly and fig spread I made over the weekend. Very interesting colors! I do really need to get busy on more veggies. What is growing at you house? Photo is mine : Jalapeno jelly, only two jars of fig spread and watermelon jelly.

My garden was a bust this summer. So far I've gotten maybe a dozen tomatoes and some lettuce. We have too many trees, too much of a slope and chickens that like fresh produce as well.

Oh no! Chickens? those need a fence . Mine did not do so good but I did get a couple cases of tomato sauce and I am getting bell peppers and okra now.

These are interesting colours indeed. Hopefully I'll be planting pumpkins when I get home from our trip.

We have or had asparagus, corn, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, lettuce, carrots, blueberries, raspberries growing this year. Mike likes to change things he grows each year. Your jelly looks good.

Thank you. I need to do that too so not to just be stocked with one thing for a couple years.

My pumpkins never came up. The squash got killed by rain. That is a good mix you have.
