Not a Great Start to the Day

I have just seen the report for the spillage incident in my one my posts 'Incompetent Workers'. Apparently the root cause is the failure of driver to read name and address of the customer. This reason is pretty ridiculous. How can a driver not read these details? He assumed that the order was for another customer located within the same region. This does not make sense to me at all.

Well, this is a pretty big error which could have resulted in the loss of lives. We owe an explanation to the customers.

@kobesbuddy Yes, pumping in the wrong stuff will cause damages and may lead to some explosion.

How is the investigation going? Is the driver a licensed truck driver and legal citizen of your country? Did he have any legal problems in the past? I wonder, too, how can the harmful mistake be stopped from happening next time?
