Some people are fire eaters just like the one in the above picture. We usually see this kind of performances as part of any circus act. They say that fire eating performances are both an art and a science. That one could learn it if you have the determination and the guts. I suppose, being descended from a lady who was sawn in half and took part in an act involving a Tiger, I might say yes. This is because I know these things are actually an illusion. The reason is my Great Grandmother was a dancer and assistant to the Royal Illusionist Horace Goldin for many years. Fire eating will have some kind of illusion or trick to it.
