Answer: because this three span of the highway road is not yet started to rehabilitate since it was demolished almost a month now. This is one big problem in construction especially to roads and bridges especially the project is from government. Take for instance this span of road. Think of thousands of cars, trucks, buses and motorcycle and other vehicles affected of traffic. Think of ambulances and firetrucks in emergencies affected that because of very slow construction. Until now this has not yet started. I don't when the construction firm fix what they demolished. There has no move yet. Its not only in our front that they demolished cemented roads because there are parts with same problem. There should be no problem about demolition of cemented provided they fix it immediately.
