Went to the doctors about my neck

I woke up this morning with pins and needles all down my side and also into my right foot which means things were getting worse. I decided to go to the doctor just to make sure it really is a trapped nerve. The doctor says it is in fact two trapped nerves. I have a cocktail of 6 different pills to take because apparently just taking them when I felt the pain wasn't dealing with the problem.
I wish I could afford to go to an osteopath but I know from experience it won't solve the neck pain.
It seems there's some kind of drug for epilepsy that works but I'd like to avoid that if I can because there are a lot of side effects and you have to take it pretty long term.
Meanwhile I'm just going to make sure that I use the speech recognition software rather than type if I'm sure that would make it a lot worse in the long run.
I hear of all the different things people suffer on my lot and elsewhere it seems to me that this is a really quite a minor problem as I'm sure it will get better over time with some care.
Today I had no idea that I could take ibuprofen, Panadol, Ozmarepole and codeine at the same time. Apparently you're supposed to combine them to get the best effect for this particular problem. I may rattle!

I think it's not effective on its own. Doctor was insistent I took it together with the paracetamol.

I'm sorry your suffering with this. =( Any health problem is a big deal, especially to the one suffering with it!
I hope it gets better for you soon.

Hopefully over time your pinched nerves will relax and stop giving you trouble

So I keep thinking it's not as bad as some people get and at least I know that it's nothing serious.

@Jackalyn Yes physio can be costly without insurance to cover a portion

Yes some medications need each other to get the best possible benefit. I give Tony his AFIB meds and Aspirin together .
