Relation between taste buds and acidity

Oh! I did let my taste buds had a go. And this has caused some acidity today. I had some chewable digestives but I do not normally prefer that. From tomorrow, I will try to once again go back to a more controlled and non-oily and non-heavy food regime. Taste Buds and acidity problem at times go hand in hand, doesn't it? And many people are suffering from heartburn or acidity.

@JudyEv that's good - perhaps you take a good care of your diet!

@JudyEv Both of above are good in moderation or if taken very seldom(once a month or twice a month). If taken more than once a week, even these are not good(may be dark chocolates can be taken twice or thrice a week!)

Very rarely do I get heartburn, but I try to avoid fried food and junk food.

@vandana7 is it stress causing binge eating. Stress can be a big factor. Others could be (and foremost)constipation, irregular and heavy/oily food, irregular food timings and lack of exercising.

@vandana7 I can lend you some advice (paid if you feel very rich ). But on a lighter note, you can have more dry fruits or curd. These are fulfilling as well as makes one eat within limits. Bananas are also good, but some people(some close ones) say that Bananas cause them to gain weight or cause constipation. But I have found bananas useful as filler foods as well as providing energy and fulfillment. Or make home made snacks with low oil or homemade sweets and take bites in between. At least they will be better than market products.

Oily foods would be a no no. Also too heavy foods not digested properly and resting in your stomach.

Sometimes I have those problems, but most often, not. Not a good feeling isn't it, having either...

@prashu228 I normally avoid taking tablets with indigestion but I took it today. And I have seen we do have to control our taste buds and control our mind too. @LadyDuck you are a very disciplined eater. Even I do avoid such oily and other foods but sometimes conditions and occasional mood changes do let me consume such things.
