Pond Update

The pond finally done and I am so glad that the adult fish can go home, as not happy in the house. Koi like lots of space. A very cool thing happened today, as I was at a neighbors and saw their four ponds. It was a cool system, as 3 of them are connected to each other. I'm thinking of building a second pond for the babies, as they are inside and I know they would be happier in a pond. I will have to see what I can come up with for a design. Any ideas are welcome.

I have no more space for second one though. I don't like to buy an aquarium as i don't want anything that may break by accident and that can take so much space and don't have the time to clean another one. I actually cleaned my pond just because i could almost not see the goldfish because the water was so green already.

My husband suggested the second pond, so the baby Koi could go outside. We will see, if this can be done, as it would allow the little ones to go outside.

@Fishmomma can you post a picture so i can have an idea of the size of the pond so i can compare it to mine.

I love watching Koi as they swim. They can grow even bigger when they have a bigger space.

I hope so, as a neighbor's Koi had the babies. I am enjoying watching them in the house; however, I know they would have more room outside. Its fun to see the babies changing their color, as don't know what they will end up looking like in the future. Their colors are just starting to develop.
