It's raining, sleep will be good

I have been smelling rain for the past few days and it is finally here. I love when it rains at night as I can sleep real good then. So soon I will be calling it a night and going into a peaceful slumber, I hope. We also have a nice cool breeze and I will leave the window open a little to catch it. To me the rain and cool breeze is very relaxing. Do you sleep better when it is rainnig?

I sleep well no matter what. But I love sleeping when it's raining outside. I turn off the music and just listen.

@velvet53 So do I. But we haven't had rain here in months (I'm in California). Sometimes I miss Midwestern thunder storms.

It sure does. I should be in bed but I am so enjoying listening to the patter of the raindrops and smelling the fresh air filled with rain.

@rebelann I hope they don't dry out. There is not a faucet that I can use to water. Beings this is a rental there is nothing that I can do.

I sleep better when it is overcast and dark in the morning due to rain clouds. When there is no sun to wake me up, I can sleep in.

It can be nice when it rains. It can be so relaxing. It is definitely a lot easier to sleep when rains than when it's really hot and humid.

I like the sound of raining at night, but when it gets too stormy it can be rather concerning with the wind, lightning, or possibly even hails...
