Hey everyone. I hope your having a good day so far. =)
Wow, it's so hot outside! We went to walmart to get diapers a few minutes ago and we were pouring sweat in the truck (AC is messed up) and sweating from the truck to the store. It's insane.
So, we decided we will take the kids to the park later on today, hopefully it will cool down a bit.
What are y'all doing today?

@LovingMyBabies For some reason, the jet stream from the north, is sweeping down across Michigan and making our August weather quite cool:)

@LovingMyBabies It's very seldom, we suffer from very much heat where we're located. The breeze off Lake Huron is like an air conditioner, at times. Once in a while, high humidity makes our weather sticky and almost unbearable.

Watching a doc about elephants right now. I bet your kids will enjoy the park later. It is sure hot here today. About 97. But, we are going to have some low temps next week it looks like. Down in the 80's. That will be nice. Now if we would just get some rain. Hope you enjoy the park too later.

@celticeagle The park only lasted for a few minutes, the kids were too hot. Oh well, another day.
Yeah, the real feel for today was 106!

Today doing laundry got it in now. Sorry to hear you all was so hot going from truck to the store. The park sounds like a good idea or even the beach. Have a good day and try to stay cool.

Not too much, I am gonna have to check the forecast because I thought we were gonna have big rains..and it was raining this AM..but nothing now! I just did some laundry and hung out..watching some Lifetime movies..

I can relate to what you went through today. I had to work today, and I was outside most of the day. I was completely drenched in sweat the whole day. I couldn't wait to get home and take a shower and rinse off all that ickiness.

Today I am planting onions. I grow green onions in my organic garden. I normally separate the onions and replant them to make more. Green onions are bunching onions and when you plant 1, in a few weeks you now have 6. In order to keep up with demand I have one line I keep for replanting. Today, I had to do that.
