Rojak local spicy salad

In Malaysia, "Rojak" is the local popular spicy salad that our multi-race people love very much. It is actually mild spicy, a mixture of pounded peanuts with thick gravy, swirl over fried potato cubes, tofu cubes, prawn fritters, cucumbers, bean sprouts and "tempeh" which is fermented beans. As you can see in the picture, the Rojak means scrambled or mix up food which is widely consumed for tea-time snack of midnight snack. It is a heavy snack due to most of the ingredients are involved with flour and protein. What is your favorite local salad? picture belonged to peachpurple
