In Malaysia, "Rojak" is the local popular spicy salad that our multi-race people love very much. It is actually mild spicy, a mixture of pounded peanuts with thick gravy, swirl over fried potato cubes, tofu cubes, prawn fritters, cucumbers, bean sprouts and "tempeh" which is fermented beans. As you can see in the picture, the Rojak means scrambled or mix up food which is widely consumed for tea-time snack of midnight snack.
