Team Building at the Phillip's Sanctuary
This is our first physical game in the easy round. As you can see each members of the teams are holding each others arms/hands as if they're glued together. The goal is to reach the finish without losing grip and remain intact.
On their first turn, each teams stopped because their members lost their grips and the rhythm suffered.
If we want to reach a certain point in a team, we should help each other. If one or two are struggling with the pace we want, slow down. Drag them if they are falling instead of pushing them away from the group.

My team won. I was the one commanding them. I am that one wearing spectacles. And said: left, right, left, right so they have the rhythm.

Thank you! @silvermist. I thought they had a difficult time pulling each other without falling down.

If you are looking for such activities, you can book a day or overnight at Philipp's Sanctuary.

@jobelbojel I guess that's so far from our place. We had our team building at Misibis Bay, owned by the owner of the company we are employed at. Here's a picture attached.

Kind of muddy. It rained the night before we got to the area.

@andriaperry it looks easy for me because I did not play. They let me guide the team.

@jstory07 definitely true. That is why a team should work together by planning strategies. We talked before starting.

@JustBhem for the players - yes participation is important. And since not 10 members were included, the rest cheered for the team.
