Sweating in a Sauna Suit

Have you tried wearing a sauna suit? It is a pair of jacket and long pants made of vinyl material aimed at keeping your body warm during exercise or even when inside your home? I ordered one to be used in my daily morning walks. It is so nice because I sweat after just a few minutes of walking. It is good to cleanse the body, and lose some excess water. It is advisable to wear inner clothing to absorb the sweat and to prevent the vinyl material from coming in contact with your skin. I also drink water before and after the 30-minutes walk and bike ride every morning.

That's nice and keep on doing your walking exercise and it will do good to your health. I'm not using sauna suit when I'm in running exercise in the morning.

I tried it to sweat more than usual. But I always exercise for 30 minutes daily.

@acelawrites that is the ideal time to exercise a day, a doctor whom I asked said. But if you want to excel like in running, you have to level up and add more minutes.

No, I haven't tried it. I know I would get light headed and faint. I feel that way when I take steam baths or saunas.

I sweat more than just wearing amy normal outfit.Of course, I wore perspiration absorber clothing inside; also carry a face towel to wipe my face. You sweat a lot while wearing it.

At least you can still walk or use bicycle to exercise, I just need to find a way to get rid of this gout.

Try some cleansing diet, and avoid pork and purine-rich foods.

It is a pair of jacket and pants made out of vinyl (like plastic) material to preserve body heat/increase body heat while exercising or just doing nothing.

I think so,it can help one to lose excess water; just drink water too before and after your exercise.
