How to be a successful Blogger? Any tips from you?

I love reading other blogs especially those with interesting topics. But, what makes a good blogger? I'm sure, we need to have a quality content but then aside from that, do you have any tips to share?

The owner of the blog must be creative and passionate about his or niche. You always to put in place good plugins for easy access to your blog.

@Cool_Mommy no, but what i like in a blog is there are pictures, there are descriptions/explanations/steps, there are pros and cons (balanced), personal (not assuming/generalizing) and they talk to you as an equal.
