There are some people who are born leader or have the natural talent or natural ability for leadership. We admire those persons who have leadership ability who can lead and inspire others to accomplish any goals, mission or objectives. This goes on the question whether or not those who have natural talent for leadership are born and are not made? Can leadership skills be develop? Do you have any leadership ability? The bigger leaders that influence World events seem to me like they are destined by fate or it's their destiny Smaller leaders such as in an organization seem like a mixture of born because of genetics and accquired traits and also made, honed by training, education and experience, just my opinion and observation

Leadership is a skill that can be developed. Although there are some people who have a great inclination to be great leadets, but if they don't develop the skill, they won't be able to successfully lead a group.

Nowadays, people with deep pockets can buy the position. Many leaders in fact do not have what it takes.

I think there are indeed people who are born with the capacity of leading people. I appreciate those who are born with this talent, as it's always a pleasure to see their natural attitude whenever they have to take lead of a team or project. But then, are think you can also develop the attitude of a leader, but that depens mostly on your life experience and your desire to lead others.

I will agree that some people seem to be born leaders. They have the instincts to know what to do and how to do it. However, those same people also need to develop those skills, and I'm sure they do that from a very young age.

I do think that some people are born with the talent to lead, but unfortunately there are also people who come with power and money to where they are leaders even though they do not have the skills required to do so...
