The day has come for the state of Alabama to vote in a new US senator. I had completely forgotten about it since I did not get to vote in the Presidential election, I think I will go today and vote, My sister reminded me when she ask for a ride to the poll. I know everyone is down on Trump right now but I would like everyone to think back, to ALL the Presidents, the media and people have always dumped on them, no matter what they never can get it right for all the people. They will find something to talk about, something to encourage hate and war, whether in the USA or abroad. Anyone else getting to vote today?

Australia is still trying to deal with the fact that some of their politicians are in their positions under false pretensions. Our pollies should all be Australian citizens but quite a few aren't - often through no fault of their own but it's stated very clearly in our Constitution.

@andriaperry If they did they are keeping it a secret since all the talk is about your state.

I try to get out and vote each time, but I could not leave someone sick to go for the big election.
