I know, I'm in the wrong season but still... I rally, really would love for the air to turn cooler and the snow to starting softly settling on the ground. O, so it doesn't snow in Florida, at least not very often and not in central Florida. Boy would it be nice if it did. I am finished with all this hot weather we have been having. It is time for a nice, cold Northern wind to come blowing through. It was raining here earlier and I thought to myself, oh good, I hope it cools it down a little. Nope, it didn't. It made it muggier. Today is my Husbands birthday and I was hoping it wouldn't be as hot sp we could enjoy our bbq. That's what he wanted for his meal. Barbequed hamburgers and some salads. It looks like he'll get his bbq but we'll be eating dinner inside in the air conditioning. I guess it doesn't really matter where you eat as long as you like the company. I still want the snow and such.

Belated Happy Birthday to your husband. I do not even want to think to the snow. I do not like the heat of summer, but I hate to get the shovel and clean outside to move the car in winter.

Here in Central Florida we don't have snow. All we have is weather that is a little bit cooler.

A happy birthday to your husband! This reminds me of a birthday party a friend had for her young daughters - it was winter themed - in July! There was no snow of course, but she did serve snow cones

That is a great idea. family is coming over tonight and I was kind of hoping we could all sit out in the screen room and enjoy a nice breeze. Oh well, it is what it is.

That's so funny...a co-worker and I were talking this morning about how we wish we could have a white Christmas here in Florida! What a dream, right! He'll, it didn't even get cold here in Florida last winter.

It feels like summer all year long. I think most of us here in Florida are wishing for a white Christmas or Labor day or any day.

It isn't pleasant to cook bbq when it's hot, but it isn't something you usually make in winter anyway.

It's been too hot this year, I wish for cooler weather every summer but this one has been very challenging. I wouldn't mind snow, although all that sliding and shoveling ain't fun.

Thanks for the birthday wish. When we lived in the snow area we used a snow blower, it was kind of fun. It has been a very hot year.

I love snow and want a white christmas again so bad. Here all the rain does is cool it off fir a little it then it gets real muggy after. Hate it.
