I stopped by my sons today and Madison was just finishing up her supper. When she got done her mom cleaned her up with hand wipers. I asked for them and handed one to Madison. I took the other one and started wiping down the table. I told Madison to help me clean the table. She lit right into it.
We took her out of her chair and by now she had to rags in her hand. I took her over to the sliding glass door and showed her how to wipe it down. When I left she was busy wiping down the floor.
I figured I had caused enough commotion for one day so I left. I will be teaching her a lot more lessons when I can.

Children ape everything their elders do. So it is a good idea to teach them since they are babies.

@marguicha I am sure some people would think that I am pushing it a little early but I don't think so. I am glad that you feel the same way.

@silvermist She likes to do things and this will help her in the future. She is so willing to do anything that I want to do and that helps.

It is good to teach children some home works so they can appreciate it when they grow older.

Good idea, that is how I trained the children in my car, when they were babies.

How old is she? In any case since she did it she is OK to learn .
Children should learn housework so that they are able to adjust when they strike out on their own...I've seen it happening a lot around me.
