From the land of the rising Sun I don´t care what they say You are the best artistic skater of the day So much artistry in those lines You have a feel for the music and you transmit it across. You transmit it across to your audience Feel for the music and the drama second to none Takeshi Honda you do them proud Always have them cheering you Always surrounded by a great big crowd. Have to say he has a great feel and soft skating very artistic expression. He is much like Philippe Candeloro in the sense that he goes on and on. He skated to "Greensleeves" and he did it so very well. I don´t care where he is from he is excellent. Hope you enjoy the music "Man In The Iron Mask" but a very nice arrangement of the music with "Dance Of The Masquerades" in it.
QA : 3rd, SP : 8th, LP : 4th, 6th place March 20th-28th, Helsinki, FIN

Takeshi really felt that music and was able to take it across the ice and get the audience wrapped up in it too.

Fabulous is how I would describe him too. If you hear the two commentators the youngest one is Chris Howarth who I think works in Lake Placid or did and he is a great commentator also.

@DianneN He was a former skater too so he knows what its all about. He also trains skaters over there as well. Lovely person and gives very good advice. I think that you could have a star of the future there in your granddaughter.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I heard him and he certainly is good. My little granddaughter skated twice at Lake Placid, former home of the Olympics. She loved that rink. That's where she was chosen to represent the state of New York at her skill level, of course.
