A Bridge collapsed today due to heavy rains

Certains parts of India are experiencing heavy rains and a while ago a bridge collapsed as people were using the bridge. There have been casualties and the real picture is yet not known. This happened in Muzaffarnagar, Bihar. Here is the video clip

Those people were going crazy running back and forth. They such have got on the one side and stayed put.
