It is another Boys Weekend for my husband and our very good friend. They are going camping down in Cape May where our friend keeps their monster camper. "Glamping" is more like it as they definitely won't be roughing it.
My husband asked me to pick up a pork loin at the store today for them because they wanted to make pulled pork on the smoker. That was totally the wrong cut of meat but they wanted something small. I looked for a boneless pork shoulder but the butcher said they were out of them, so I found these small little packages of pork called "pork cushion meat roasts" that looked like they would work for pulled pork. Guess we'll find out!
Our friend also asked if I would make potato salad for them to take with them. I said sure, no problem. I will get that made tomorrow morning for them.
I will be on my own for Saturday and most of Sunday. I'm invited to a friend's house for a barbecue/birthday party on Saturday afternoon so I might walk over there for awhile. Other than that, I'll probably just lay low. We shall see!

I have not decided if we will do a day trip yet or not. However I did make a map for me to use, it would be an 8 hour round trip and maybe a 2-4 hour " to see and do" and be back home for bed.
