Since the doctor gave the okay for Tony to get on a diet I am going back to making my own everything.
This is very hard to get back to where I was 10 months ago.
I used to never buy any frozen treat and always made mine from fresh or fresh and I froze fruits. I froze 3 ripe bananas last night.
I made me a shake just now with my ninja.
One frozen banana, a dash of vanilla and a little sweetener. add a little almond milk and that is how I make my smoothie or shake?
Tony does the frozen strawberries and used real sugar and real milk.
Have you ever made your own frozen dessert?

Yes, I make my own milkshakes. Ice cream and milk blended together.

@andriaperry not for a shake, as shakes are mostly just ice cream and milk, or sometimes yogurt I guess.. And smoothies are the fruit ones, and i don't drink smoothies.

I always loved smoothies in the blender. Bananas, peaches, strawberries, orange juice, jum! So much better and healthier than store bought.

I'd rather have a Banana smoothie since it's even more healthy.

I love making smoothies with frozen strawberries, blueberries, almond milk and a handful of spinach (which you can't really taste.) I've also tossed in carrots.

We make smoothies all the time. That's about as close as we get.
