Window shopping used to be a craze in the good old days. It was mostly when we had no intention to buy anything but just enjoy looking at things mostly those that were beyond our reach. I do 'windows' shopping even now in a big way the only difference being I do it with the help of my mouse. There is no limit to what one can see. I just had a look at the ice cream that costs a thousand dollars. What's your experience with 'windows' shopping

I'm going to do a bit of window shopping today. I have some quick, easy jobs to complete at a few stores, and two of them happen to have the laptop I'm saving up for on display. I'm going to take a bit of time to play around with it even though I can't buy it today--at least I'll be able to determine if it's really what I want or not.

@yukimori "Windows" shopping is fun. You agree. Don't you? (lol) Another segment of the net I spend time on is chocolates (lol) Kids these days do know a lot.

@allknowing I didn't get to spend much time playing with the computer I wanted to look at yesterday, but the few minutes we got with it were enough to convince me that it's definitely the one I want. I was worried about the size of it, because it has a 15 inch screen, but it's so slim and light that it'll work out just fine. The kids are in love with the fact that it comes with an S Pen, so they can use apps to draw on the screen. I may end up having to get one of the less expensive models for them so they're not constantly trying to use my laptop when I get it.

I recall doing quite a bit of window shopping as a teenager. Now - thanks to technology - I can do it with my mouse.
