A quiet Friday evening

Hello Laurel. Glad you are inside and waiting for the rain and going to have a relaxing eve. Yes I notice subtle signs here that the season is changing. Just watching some Defenders show right now.

It is been a good day despite a heat advisory until 7 pm local time. Rain is expected this weekend though.

We are having a quiet evening at home tonight.I hope you enjoy your evening tonight and your show as well.

We're not up to much. We stopped at Inop to eat and I'm in my swing Mylotting while my better half is watching golf. I don't like our days getting shorter.

It was a rainy day here too, today the weather might be a bit better, but it is still cloudy.. Got a new challenge..I was talking to my friend in Canada and the phone started to behave funny - We could still talk, but after finishing, the phone went off.. So I can't find anything, it is just grey.. Happy I still have my Ipad - could send a message to a friend who sold this phone, and she will ask if we can find another used phone.. Mine was Iphone 4, and some friends might have something they don't use.. How could we manage without phones in 1950s and most parts of 1960s.. Yes, we we writing letters that time..

I just got home from getting groceries a little while ago. I have a load of dishes in the dishwasher and a load of lights in the washing machine. My husband won't be home for another hour from work. I plan on going outside to sit on the deck for a while. I didn't see the story of Diana, I'll bet that it was good, I'll have to see if I can stream it.

We went to my Sisters to see our Son off to SC from PA. He had a fine to pay and they wanted him back to SC right away. He had to ride a bus for 25 hours, ugh. I pray all goes well for him.

Hello Laurel! Had you told me, I would have gone for the walk with you and your other half this evening. (Hmmm... the chicken fajitas sound pretty good, too!) I just started my second week of vacation. (Most of my first week was spent sleeping since my eyes were swelled shut from allergies. I have to say, this has not been the best staycation I have ever had, by far!) Since I could see today Pretty ask me to take her to the river so she could swim. (Since we can't get to the lake anymore, I have had to give up swimming. The rivers are too cold for me to swim in them.) She had a good time swimming while I stayed in our car with the air conditioner running. I was quite comfortable while I read an eBook on my phone. I am happy I happened to run across you tonight. I had wondered if everything was okay with you!

It was national fajita day today, so thats cool you had them. Hasnt started getting dark around 8 yet.. hoping it waits another few weeks.

I'm just hanging out by myself and waiting for the storms to hit. Quiet night here which is fine as I have to get up early tomorrow for the Strongman workout and Detox Diet weigh in.

It another TV viewing evening for me.

I'm glad that you had a good evening. My girls had a friend stay over the night. So, that's how I spend my evening. But it was fun though.
