If you have an honest friend in India, you can have your earnings transferred to his account (if myLot agrees to this operation) and he can send the money to you.

Maybe you can find someone living outside Pakistan that could open up a paypal account for you. Someone you can trust

Hope your country serves paypal one fine day. You can keep interacting with people here whenever you find time. By the time you get paypal account, mylot will transfer your piggy bank amount to your paypal or you can ask your friend from any other country which serves paypal and transfer it to your bank account.
