It's a wet Saturday morning here

Good morning all. It is pouring rain here this morning and it is suppose to be like this the rest of the weekend. We really need the rain though. It has been awhile since we had rain. I just had some french toast for breakfast so time to get dressed and head out for my morning walk. Since it is raining I will be doing some mall walking today. It is a great way to get my walking it and to stay dry. It is surprising how many people mall walk everyday. They even have a mall walking group. They usually hit the mall early in the morning before the stores open. Do you have a mall walking group at the your local mall?
I hope everyone of you have a wonderful day...any plans for today?

I wish it would rain here! It's supposed to feel like 105 degrees today. Ugh. No plans, just trying to stay cool.

We had that rain here yesterday. It is nice and sunny today. I need to take a walk at some point today. I have been neglecting that. We have one mall left here where I am. They are becoming a thing of the past real fast these days. Enjoy your day no matter the weather.

Oh thats great Laurel that you will be mall walking.
The mall is much too far away here for me, but I would go if I could.

Nope there isn't any mall walking group here. People just rush in to buy grocery as if it is free

No idea if there is a mall walking group in our area but I wouldn't be surprised if there is. Filipinos are mall rats and every occasion is spent at the mall!

@Happy2BeMe I will be happy when they tell me I can start riding my exercise bike among other things. I don't like being confined like this.

We had a full day of rain yesterday, and it's been off and on again today as well. But there were periods of sunshine today, so that can be considered a good thing!

Sorry about your rain, but mall walking is a great idea. I saw several mall walkers here today in Boston. I'd have to walk before the shops opened. Way too tempting! Lol! I prefer to walk outdoors, which we did all weekend. Today must have walked 15 miles. It was sunny and nice here in Boston. And of course I went shopping. I even bought an oversized Burberry umbrella. Well, my hubby bought it for me.

I have heard of mall walking but do all my walking outside. Very little rain here if any. Good option to get in walking when it's raining.

It's the rainy season here in our country (supposedly) however, the rain seldom comes here in the metro city.
Some places in our country they do experienced heavy rainfalls but still not considered to be the normal rainy season like many years ago (could be the climate change)

They had a mall walking group when we lived at our old home.
I don't know if they have mall walkers here, there are a couple of really large malls in the city here, but I have only been to each of them a couple of times.
Its a great alternative to walking on a treadmill.
I did a little shopping this morning and bought a nice new skirt for my interview next week.

We have a sunny day here for a change so I took a little stroll with the dogs earlier. Enjoy your mall walking as it's a perfect place to get in those extra steps and enjoy being around people
