Toilet Paper Deal Of The Month

If you did not know by now I used to be an extreme coupon user, I am still somewhat but not so much for food but other non perishables products used daily in the house. Toilet paper is one deal I will jump on when its on sale. I usually do one good deal a month to keep the stockpile filled up, an empty space is time to hunt down the deal. No matter the store but usually I use CVS or Publix for toilet paper stock ups. This month Publix has an awesome deal and add my extreme coupon experience and I get a extra good deal. Deal and coupons to use : Buy 4 Angel soft toilet paper double rolls 12 packs on sale $5.00 each - Use two Publix store coupon $2.00 off 2 AND two manufacturer $1.00 off 2 coupons AND $3.00 off $10 competitor coupon = $11.00 Equals around .23 per roll. Non sale price was 6.69 at Publix so I auto saved $1.69 per pack, add 9.00 in store and mft. coupons savings and I came out with a really good deal, almost got two free packs. Oh and the sale tax was just $1.70. At this moment I have 206 rolls of toilet paper, I can skip months if need be. Do you stock up on one item more than any other?

I'm not a 'stocker up' (up-stocker?). If a natural catastrophe strikes, we'll have problems. Not with toilet paper, though, as we've subscribed to a daily newspaper. :-)

I don't stock up that much but seeing that an item isn't perishable, I do think that it is a good idea altogether especially with the deal that one gets.

I do stock up on some things, like canned meat, when it's on sale. We have a Big Lots which sometimes has some really good prices, so I try to buy extra then and I watch the sales and mark downs. Our local King Soopers (Krogers) has a nice mark down area and I always check that out. It's amazing what you can find. I don't coupon as much as I used to.

@andriaperry Yep, I am. New cans go in the back as I use the older ones in the front. Most expiration dates are years into the future. Kroger does have good sales, I agree.

Careful with the expiration dates. I wished we had Kroger again, they always had good sales.

Awesome deal! Yes we do, for toilet paper and baby wipes. We haven't needed to buy any TP for ourselves, as we still have 5 12pks from getting a bunch of free TP from kmart back in April or May, but go get some for free for others when they need it. And we have 15-20 packs of baby wipes, lol.

I can't stock up very much in our small apartment but I stock up somewhat on basic groceries. I save My coupons for my daughter in law. She's happy to have them. You found some amazing deals.

@andriaperry Our coupons are in shekels so when you multiply the amount by the dollars it adds up.I should be getting more coupons soon because our holidays will be upon us before we know it and we get things off for them. That helps a lot because our things are very expensive here.

It is hardly likely you will ever run short of that commodity. Which reminds me, I must get additional boxes of candles and extra batteries. There are a few storms on the horizon which may develop and pose a threat.
