Bending In The Morning

Some of us don't have any form of exercises in the morning. No bending, no running, no push-ups or sit-ups, nothing at all. I thin we should all have some form of exercise even the simplest or easiest form. I admit I only do some warm-ups when I need to run but if I don't run I don't mind any warming up. No I think I should do some activities like push ups. I observe my belly is getting big because I don't do this. So I make a promise to myself that I should do it even the simplest bending. When you do this you can feel the warming up of your body and its good because it makes your body sound. How do you make exercise in the morning.

Yes it is good and I do a quick walk outside also on my floor outside the apartment. I do a sort of yoga and tai chi first thing in the morning. And stretch my legs also like a ballerina on the balcony lol

@ilocosboy I also would not like zumba..I do not have a class of tai chi, but rather have watched YouTube to do it. It really is so nice and feels good for mind and body.

Wow, you have good morning activity. I wish I could join tai chi but there's none of us here in our place doing this but the zumba is very popular which I'm not participating because I hate dancing.

You are right we need to exercise in the morning. I do exercises for my shoulders and sometimes do other ones as well. I need to do more that a little once in awhile.

Its good for your body, as one said lets not just invest for more money but lets also invest for your good health and we can do it with exercise and sports.

I had a small workout program that I did every morning until my accident happened. Now I can't do a lot of it due to my accident.

@sabtraversa Running to the washroom while you're watching your favourite show and rushing back, increases your heart rate. Burns some calories. Cutting that tight piece of meat, good for your muscles

just like our house, there's second floor. How many times you do it in the morning? You have to run with your brother, its a good exercise, he can pace you.

that is right, you need to prepare yourself, maybe a 30 minutes walk/run will prepare you for longer mile soon.

I like to do stretches in the morning and if I am awake early enough, I get on our stationary bike.

@ilocosboy I am not a runner at all haha I have really bad knees and ankles, so it is only minimal exercise and such for me.

In our barangay the schedule is every 5 o clock in the afternoons of Friday and Saturday.

Zumba is so popular in our place, the barangays are doing it in barangay covered court and lots of people participating in the said program. Good for the health and good program of the village officials.

I wake up 5 am in the morning do 30 minutes running and 30 minutes biking. After that I do 20 push-ups and 20 pull-ups. In the afternoon after work, I do 30 minutes running again

Yes we all have to do some exercise to maintain our physical fitness and mental health also I do exercise on daily basis I do striching exercise everyday

Exercise really prepare our body to be more active in all day's work. Its good we start it with stretching and then we'll have an active day.
