Today I feel awesome. I got in a lot of walking and exercise in spite of it being a rainy day. I feel great. I have no pain at all. I can't remember the last time that I felt this good. It must be close to a year or more. It was long before my heart attack and surgery. It feels wonderful to be able to be pain free and to feel somewhat normal again. I never thought I would see this day.
I think I am going to head to bed soon. I should sleep good tonight.

It was very nice here yesterday. Lots of sunshine. We spent the late afternoon and early evening with my nephew and his wife. He has a large back yard and Little Miss delighted in that by running all over the place. She slept pretty good herself.

I had a heart attack 9 weeks ago and open heart surgery 8 weeks ago. I am medication that I will be in for the rest of my life.
