What's Your Favorite Type Of Pie?

There are so many types of pies
To be honest,I have never made a pie by myself.
Those I had were all store bought.
I have not had occasion to taste many varieties either.
I prefer Apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
What is your favorite type of pie?Do you bake it yourself?

My favorite is pumpkin pie, actually it's the only one I like. I have only had store bought as well.

Jennifer, Libby's canned pumpkin has a delicious recipe on the label and it's really easy. I do add a little extra sugar and some cinnamon.

Homemade pies are so easy and usually better than store bought. I don't make my own crust, but they're still pretty good. My family's favorite is my chocolate meringue pie.

I work in a hotel kitchen so we have a variety of pies.
My current favourite is steak and ale.
I also like steak and kidney and we have a variety of vegetarian pies that are very tasty too

Hello,Mike it has been a while since we met here.Out of the non-vegetarian pies,I prefer Chicken pie.But then I have not had many of them.

@silvermist Pumpkin pie is the pie that is in your picture above. It is so good! I love the fall season because that is when pumpkins ripen and pies are made!

I prefer Pecan or Cherry Pie, Blueberry Pie too.
