Good Morning, Happy Morning August 21 / myLot

Well eclipse day is upon us. I plan on driving around this day as I have some shopping to do, and a small mystery shopping task to do as well. It is going to be weird..it will seem like daytime and then will darken to almost nightfall. What will you all be doing today?

Just cleaning, Mylotting and taking care of my kids. I think it would be like a storm rolling in so I don't think it's going to feel that weird to me.

One evening here when it is too early to be dark, maybe like 6 or 6:30..we had a storm and everything did darken like it was 8 or 9 pm at night..even the cat noticed it! He was like WTH? lol..

Hanging out in Pigeon Forge, shopping, eating and trying to avoid all the crazies. I did mystery shopping about 8 years.

@snowy22315 I did all the menial shops early on - like gas stations and cell phone shops! The last two years before we moved and have no shops anywhere close - I only did high end shops - like over $100 for a few minutes of work. When I started I was signed with over 100 shops, but mostly worked for 10-12 of them.

I'm going to get laundry done at some point, and try to see if it's possible to watch the eclipse. So far the cloud cover isn't cooperating.

@snowy22315 The clouds parted and we had blue skies. A person at the laundromat shared her glasses with me so I could see it happening. It was awesome! We only got 60% here, but it was still incredible.
