Do you eat in front of the TV?

In day time, I take lunch outside. At the time of dinner, I and my other family members are foced to eat while watching TV, because several serials are played from 9 a.m. to 10.30 and we really do not want to miss these serials. I know the impact of this: we tend to eat more, not knowing how much we are eating and invariably land up being obese.

Until a few months ago; I used to eat always in front of the TV. At present, most times I don't do it, although this same night I did.

Well of course not! That's not healthy! I eat in front of the computer! LOL

daily, but we sold our dining table when we moved in here because it was so big. WIth the kids away we just sit in the living room watching Scrubs.

This habit of eating in front of the tv is very bad and i never do it infront of the tv.This has to be avoid anyhow.

I eat snacks on tv. I eat meals in the dining room, but i stand up and go to the living room everytime i hear a something from tv which catches my attention.

of course i eat but my mom tell me that i eat to much i think everyone like`s to eat when they watch at their favorite move or favorite show and is not a bad think i usualy eat chips or pocorn !! when you eat at the TV you weight will increse because you can`t stop !! I eat more when i watch a movie or when i play a game !! Merry x-mas

normally i do not eat food in front of the tv but sometimes i munch wafers,chips,or grams while watching a tv program.

i eat all my meals,junk food in my room in front of my t.v. i know it is not good for health but u know i am kind of got uesed to it. sometimes i sit at my dinning table when the whole family is there.
