I didn't diet - I simply changed the way that I ate for the long term - and the extra weight came off and stayed off.

I tried all sorts of things that didn't work. Then I (co-incidentally) discovered Slimming World. It works because it's NOT a diet and you don't have to deny the goodies that you love. Trying to give up your favourite sweet is just going to make you crave it even more or binge eat on other things. I found that reducing sugar (but not removing it), allowing myself certain treats, and simply thinking about what I'm eating has worked far better than trying to cut out sweets. As I always say, we know sweets are full of sugar so we limit them. It's the hidden sugars in other foods that you need to look out for!

You have to be strict to you body. Keep on dieting and assume all negative responses from your body.

Its hard but ince you get into a routine its a lot easier. Ive lost 50 pounds since February and have kept it off so far. I would say start small and get a good exercide routine going! Good luck to you.

I have the same problem with sticking to any diet. I gave up trying to restrict the food that I eat. I just eat smaller portions of what I love to eat. And drink lots of water.
