Yes I had quit some jobs and finally got to the trade that I loved..hairdressing.

I never quit a job either I was happy with the job that I had.

Yes, I finished a job just a couple of days ago. I wanted to stick it out for at least a year because I'd not kept a job for very long since being made redundant 3 years ago. I couldn't, however, stand it any more. The job was OK, the boss (client) was the problem. If she'd been a normal, decent human being, I would have been happy to take on more hours with her. It was well-paid, I got to go to different places, spend time outdoors. But I managed 10 months with her. That is, apparently, around 6-8 months longer than the average tenure for her PAs. I haven't ever had a career, as such, but I've been trying to figure out what I want and how to get there. Still working on that while I look for something to tide me over!

Oh yes. There are times in your life when you want a change. It all depends on the time. If a better job comes along it is a good change, take it. I have never just walked away from a job before because I always had my daughter to think about.

I never had to quit a job, I was always fired. But, I have quit on many projects.

I've seen myself a couple of times but each time, I've stayed. I've left because more money and better perks were offered.

I have walked out on a few jobs.
