Non-Surgical Liposuction, what do you think about this procedure?

I have a friend that has been looking into this new liposuction treatment. It is supposed to be a non surgical procedure that still eliminates unwanted belly fat. Have anyone every tried this procedure, and if so did it work? Would this really be considered the safe route since it is not considered to be a surgery?

If the procedure is Zerona, tell your friend to save her money and run the other way! It's a scam. They put you on a diet and exercise program, then give you a nap under some "lazer?" lights. The diet and exercise alone is what helps you lose weight, the rest is a smoke screen.
