Running and Running

I went for an unexpected morning run early this morning. Oh, Good morning to everyone, it was unexpected because I was running for my life. The unknown if I was caught. Would I be robbed, beaten or even raped or murdered?
I went into the post office to check my mail and I was digging in my pocket for the key and that is when they seen I had money in my pocket as well as keys.
I walked over to the busy isle of P.O.boxes and someone was checking his mail and something told me to turn and run. I did and that is when I heard behind me once say get her and I looked back and they split and ran around the building, yes were my car was parked so I ran to the street.
I crossed Quintard ave. and I seen a couple more block up was a street festival and I continued to run to it, knowing there were a lot of people and I could get lost in the crowd.
My heart was pounding so hard! I looked back and seen no one, I was thinking who could I call to come get me, My uncle maybe.
And I woke up breathing hard and my heart beating a million beats a minute! I have no idea why I dream these things. But I did run a couple laps around the fields yesterday with the dogs but I did not get my heart rate up that high.

@andriaperry Those are the type of dreams that I don't like. Maybe if you write it down and try to analyxe it something will trigger a memory or something.

Yes I do, I think its the mind trying to fix a problem, But I have dreamed of things and they came true but its like I am watching it happen.

I'm not sure why but I have nightmares quite often. I always wake up before anything happens to me. Except once - I dreamed I was shot and killed. But I woke up and I was okay. LOL In the dream I wasn't myself, I was someone else. It was one of the weirdest nightmares I've had. I'm glad you woke up and you made it back here to post another day.

@andriaperry You're welcome. Wow! That was a crazy dream about the train. Very scary. They say that if you die in a dream you will actually die. I figured that I didn't die from my dream because I was someone else in it. I guess you woke up just in the nick of time.

@andriaperry I used to have a recurring dream where I was always being chased and no matter where I ran or hid he would find me. Thankfully, I never found out what he was going to do because I would always wake up in time, ha.

Oh Andria--you really had me going there for a minute!
I turned in early last night and my husband told me that when he came to tuck me in I was talking away. He thought that I was awake, but no, sound asleep, but moving the blankets caused me to wake up. I vaguely remember the dream that I was having, it was about our old dog. And then it was hard to fall back asleep again.
