It is 5pm now, time to get ready the raw ingredients to cook dinner for the day. I will be cooking brown rice, had washed and soaked it in the rice cooker pot for more than 4 hours already. Brown rice had to be soak in advance to soften the rice. Next, I will be frying hash brown with minced meat. This is easy and delicious. Just boil the potatoes, mash them and mince the meat ( chicken ), seasoned the meat and stir fry with onions.Next, mix them together into individual ball, dip into egg and coat with flour, deep fry until crisp. For veggies, I will be stir fry long cabbage with chopped garlic and season with Knorr granules. This is even super easy dish ! So, that will be two dishes for dinner. What are you having for dinner ? Will upload photos later photo belonged to peachpurple

I have no idea what I'll be having for dinner. Our cook is in the kitchen right now and I have no idea what she's preparing. I'm in front of the tv, relaxing on the couch with my laptop on my lap. I'm enjoying a rest after 12 hours of working. before having dinner at 6:30 and drive back to my own home after dinner. I'm staying at my childhood home every weekend.

@peachpurple One has a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and she's the one cooking for us. So you can imagine the food she prepares.
