So, the last few weeks I've been wanting to switch out some of my bad eating habits with healthier ones and I've decided that this is the week I'm going to do it. I'm going shopping on wednesday and I'm going to buy a whole bunch of fruits and veggies. Instead of having chips late at night, i'm going to eat cucumber, carrots or eat some fruit. I'm going to have a salad with lunch and dinner that way if my dinner portion doesnt seem to fill me up, my salad will. For snacks, I'm also going to try to do the whole high protein thing with nuts and trails mixes, even beef jerky. The thing that's going to kill me is trying to cut down on carbs. I love pasta, rice and potatoes. I guess in moderation I could still have them lol. I am commiting to change and hoping that it gives me the results I want. If anything, I hope to become healthier. Here's to change!! :)

Good for you! A shift in diet can be hard at first. But I'm sure you'll get used to it. I love rice, too. I eat just half a cup during lunch or dinner. It's pretty hard to let go of it completely.

Yes it is and I'm sure that I'll still have cheat days but if I stick to healthier options when we go out to eat like get a salad with grilled chicken instead of a burger and steamed veggies instead of fries lol

I think sports shouldn't be ignored. Sports and early for bed make me feel fresh in the next day morning. They are good for health as well.

Keeping a healthy diet and lifestyle is the best investment for youngsters. It's really sad that most of us neglects our health and this fast pace modernity is spoiling us with instant and fast-foods :(
