US Policy changing Against Afghanistan

it is the start of 1990 when US statred cold war against Russia, to dominate them in every aspect after 9/11 attack on US,the International Politics have taken a grip change towards terrorism but still Afghanistan is under fire, so US Change his rapid decision against Afghanistan to produce a sustainable peace in Afghan.

if US only take focuses of ground relates in Afghanistan then it is possible other wise not
